Again, another psycho workout with one set of everything for shit loads of reps! Ideally, you should be doing the same amount of reps each side though so you don't have an imbalance, good good work ethic! Got a pretty strong back on you as well!

The Mount dude is truely awful, it's going to have a huge effect on our tourism down here over summer. Who wants to come and sunbathe on a black blobby beach that smells like tar. Is heartbreaking :(

Nah I won't be doing it. I haven't been in the squat rack in... geez i can't even remember its been that long! My hips seems to be sweet (felt good doing deads yesterday) but am too scared to get back in the rack just yet :-| so i'll be there to support and cheer you guys on :grin:
