So training for Friday just kept it a light bench because my shoulders and abs (mainly abs) are so sore. Damn you TT for issuing that challenge! :P lol it took me like 10/20 secs just to lie down on the damn bench :shock:

Cheers dude, I can't feel my hip at all doing those deads as im not sitting back into each one. I've been dosing up on the Voltaren of late and it's no way near as sore. I know it's not fixing the prob but it's nice to not grimace everytime I lift my leg up...

Just 40 minutes of cardio today and 120 odd reps of abs

So training for Friday just kept it a light bench because my shoulders and abs (mainly abs) are so sore. Damn you TT for issuing that challenge! :P lol it took me like 10/20 secs just to lie down on the damn bench :shock:

So Baby you ready for more abs or what :grin:

Training looking great missy working around that sore hip bloody well if you ask me!!

Ha only took me what 3/4 days to get over that mammoth ab sesh, jesus christ! But yup yup i'm sweet. Bring it! Oh one condition... whatever i'm doing, YOUR DOING TOO!!!!

Cheers re training MR, um hip no way near as sore as what it has been, I tried some BW squats last night and it didn't hurt at all. So thats good, if I remember I must get the tennis ball into it, see if that helps at all...

If you don't have a GHR machine at your gym though, you can do them on the lat pulldown machine :)

Into the sore part of my hip/leg. Basically roll around on it and grimace in pain but its suppose to work... Agile 8?
