Jeepers - I turn my back for five minutes and supergirl's picking up the world with one hand!

And as for that shouler workout, wow... now we see where the delts in those pics came from! Nice work MG, nice work indeed :notworthy: :clap:

Funny you saying last night man 15kg lateral raises felt heavy as .....well 15kg cable lateral raises are heavy as missy :nod: I see men struggle using 15kg on a single arm so yeah mean effort 8)

hehe yup was pretty focused last night and was actually just fucken wicked to just get on with it, gym wasn't busy so was all good!

Actually just thinking about that cable lat raise... I was watching a guy doing them the other day and saw he only had 15kg & I thought to myself 'hey that guys using the same weight I do! yeah and like you say he was struggling! I just thought he was weak :lol: is that bad? :shifty:

Should you be doing more reps on one side than another? I mean, that would result in uneven muscle strength/mass.

Wasn't really too worried about exactly how many numbers dude, was just trying to rep out as much as I could with the given time... was fucken hard work! Try it :grin:

I did 6 and a half hours of prone planking last night and it was easy as! ha ha ha ha

I had a similar niggle on a deadlift the other day.... I just tell myself the iron'll be there tomorrow....
