It's funny isn't it, I felt like my workout yesterday was less than average and yet I am sore as hell today.

I may keep but not very well, not enough preservative!

I'm just gonna jump into the convo. I have no idea if this has been said because I can't be bothered reading it all. A midget is 4 foot 10 or under. I think a dwarf is 4 foot or under.

Went for a 40 minute powerwalk yesterday, was good to get some blood flowing through the wai wai's as they were pretty sore all day and not much better today but anyways hit up the shoulders tonight after sucking back some jackd before hand

Jumped in on the step class for a warmup for 20 mins or so
