I haven't really checked up on this lately but I'm pretty sure you're repping now what your 1rms used to be not too long ago. (My memory isn't THAT good) Either way, nice. Are you doing box squats because you aren't getting deep enough or for another purpose?

Box squats... no particular reason just doing what i do and throwing it in there for something different. I get bored doing the same stuff every week so like to change it up :nod:

Good work MG as always, keeping it real! I reckon once you've done a month or so of this hardcore PL stuff we really would need some more pics to evaluate your progress!! Ha ha ha

Left the deads where they were as I felt a twinge in my lower back and don't wanna make it worse. Shouldn't have even done those...

Didn't feel particularly strong today but then in writing out my weights, they don't look too bad.

Have dropped some more weight 54.8kg this morn, don't really wanna lose anymore now. I think I have to make up some calories by drinking beer tonight and maybe a few vodka and red bulls. oh yum :nod: :grin:
