So I went for an hour Powerwalk yesterday avo and didn't have enough time this evening to do any weights, so just BodyCombat Class it was.

Hammies are still bloody sore! Surely not still from those Romanian Deads on Monday?? :evil:

Very very very small sesh for me tonight, was working in with Big John and his wraps (between sets), I had a bit of a play around with them, having a go at wrapping myself etc and just getting used to the feel on them etc (trying not to rush setup) so just hung out in the squat rack tonight...

Squats

20kg x 10

40kg x 8

50kg x 6

60kg x 2 (added wraps from here, for feel)

70kg x 2

80kg x 1

90kg x 1 \:D/ PB

20 minutes on Bike and that was it :grin:

Awesome seeing 90kg go Jess, massive to see such progress.

Hopefully you open a can of whoop ass on the local lasses in the Highland Games events! Not too many of them squatting & training like you've been!

Haha funny you say that actually coz when he was showing me his technique for wrapping he did mention that i would get alot more repetitions out of the wraps than he does :pfft:

Havn't you found a post to throw around in your back yard yet lady.. :)

Was neat to meet and train with you yesterday, my back is stiff today no doubt about that..thank you so much for the tips on dead's (you too Big J) always learning..Ill let MG put up the workout that we did..will have to pop over again in the near future for sure :nod:

john has chronic overuse symptoms in his hips. he took lessons from tinytraps on hip thrusting, now jess is reaping the benfits :lol:
