So tonight, chest abit sore from last night but thought I'd put together a lil circuit to see how many rounds for 20 minutes...

Military Press - 15kg BB x 10

Alt Row (Full Pressup Position) - 7.5kg DB's x 10

Kettlebell Swings (no kettlebell) 10kg DB, then dropped to 7.5 on 3rd round) x 10

Tricep Pressup x 10

Jump Lunges x 20

Alt DB Curl - 7.5kg x 10

5 Rounds and my arms had had it! Didn't even make 20 minutes, was 17 or something...
