Lol :-$ TFB nope nope no challenges :lol: and cheers, i quite like going back in to do cardio class instead of doing straight after weight training, as I can go into class feeling that much fresher and kick some imaginary ass :pfft:

Yea you could do it...But why would you need to? Judges are for calling squat depth :grin:

lol spoken like a true PL. You should do a bodybuilding comp and spend heaps of time and money for the possibility of a BB $10 trophy... mostly just cos it's going to look fancier than a PL one ha ha ha ha

Train cos you love training which is what you do! If you feel like you need a trophy I'll chip in for one lol save you the trouble of competing for it.

hey MG, we have a serious matter to discuss. Me and damo are deeply concerned, it seems our mutual friend bigjohn is suffering. We have been watching for awhile, and his powergut has been getting smaller.

At first we thought it may be work stress, but it seems that the cause it far more sinister. We are going to scedule an intervention and would like you to be there and contribute.
