Icebreaker @ Global was pretty quiet only had about 8 lifters I think? So they smashed through it fairly quickly.

Awesome to meet another couple of fellow NZBB'ers, Nate and also Peachy 8) since we weren't able to climb the Mt will have to make it a 'must do' next time :wink:

Um yup I guess it is kinda light for me, I wasn't feeling it 100% today for some reason, late nights catching up on me and this heat is just blah, anyhoo enough of excuses :pfft: altho I am yet to hit 90kg at proper depth, one day.... :D

Oh yeah. Know that feeling. Maybe you need some to just put it on the bar without you knowing. lol

Yeah, you need a dumbass like me to load your bar, as I have a tendency to put more on than I mean to because I can't count and subsequently lift more than I thought I was going to lift (I'm a data analyst for a living too, which makes that kinda embarrassing :oops: )

The last time I tried that lift was up at CBC and feedback was I had no leg drive and my butt also came up off the bench, so I've been working on the leg drive of late and I'm pretty sure it's way better!

Just need to get the mind in the right place and not worry about the number like Steak said, just concentrate on smashing the god damn weight!!
