Decided on another circuit tonight

Military Press x 10 (15kg BB)

Box Stepups x 10 (7.5kg DBs)

Reverse Pressup x 10

Tricep Dips x 10

DB Curls x 10 (5kg)

Woodchops x 10 ea side (15kg)

Full Pressups x 10

Did 5 rounds 2 stations in 20 minutes, could have beaten this easy i kinda just couldn't get in the groove :roll:

Smith Machine Calf Raises off Step 60kg x 20 x 3

Abs:

Parallel Leg Raises x 10 x 3

Medicine Ball Twists x 50 x 3 (5kg ball)

40mins Incline Walking

I once ate a 1kg steak in 30 minutes. It was a competition at a restaurant in Darwin. The only girl to do it and I got a t-shirt. The best thing was if you actually ate it in 30 minutes the meal was 1/2 price.

I had a friend that used to go there every month so he had a pile of t-shirts and they knew him by name :pfft:

end of the holidays..I know!!!!! 2 of my kids go back on the 7th :shock: which is the day I go back too :evil: ripped off I was hoping for at least 1 week without them round...mean mum huh :pfft:

The 7th! oh man. One of mine goes back 1st and the other on the 4th (fri) what's up with that? :-s

Mean mum... hell no!! I don't know a mum out there that isn't counting down the days till school goes back :wink: :pfft:
