Went for Ultrasound scan and didn't end up getting Cortizone as they couldn't see anything wrong :-s so I think next on the cards is MRI...they said it may be a muscle tear but don't know for sure??

Big John and I hit the gym tonight, I wanted to do his Weighted Circuit to see how many rounds I could bust out. He thought I was good for 3 :-s lol

Military Press - 15kg BB x 10

Box Step Ups - 15kg Plate x 10

Decline Crunch - 10kg Plate x 10

Hammer Curls - 7.5kg DBs x 10

Tricep Pulldowns - 30kg x 10

Seated Row - 30kg x 10

Cable Woodchops - 15kg x 10 per side

20 minutes - 6 rounds, 2 stations :twisted: Not very happy with that. J did 5 rounds for his but i'm pretty sure his weights were way lighter on the scale of things :pfft: so next time I'm gonna drop mine abit and see if I can beat it.

Then we did Poundstone Shoulder Shocker

6kg Db's for me x 10

20 hits with sledge to tyre

3 x Rounds of this

Run on treadmill for 10 minutes

Few AB's to finish :D
