Holy crap, insane lunges there, Great effort! Lunges and I have a love hate relationship, they love to hurt me and I hate them for it :lol:

Cheers Phedd, ya know how Gymrat refers to "the burn in my ass" I have to say I can well and truly feel that burn today! OMG

PD I agree but it makes a lot of sense, in most cases guys care more about their upper bodies while gals care more about their lower bodies.

Yup it's all about the booty :pfft: Nah but seriously not really for me, I like to train every body part equally, they all deserve the same amount of attention me thinks

Massive effort on the Front Squats girl!

To put it in perspective I did some sets at 100 & 120 last night and was very sore LOL. I'm supposedly one of the strongest guys in the country and have only ever managed 160ish on FS at a bodyweight of 105kg.

You are definately a machine at these!! :nod: :clap:

Cheers peeps :grin: Feels good to get a sweat on again :nod: Had some devasting news today from my physio... she's told me i'm not allowed to squat for a month :cry: so my hip can get better, pretty gutted but dems the brakes, would rather get it sorted now then make it worse down the track.

So I'm gonna need replacements exercises to make up for it

suggestions please..... :D
