The pause at the knees definately adds a bit of kick to those deads doesn't it...

90 x 3 x 2 - I dropped the last rep on these due to a chunk of skin the size of 5 cent coin ripping off my hand :shock: Gutted i missed it and OUCH!!!

Ouch, I did this last year a couple of days before being a pallbearer at a funeral... and of course, I ended up on the side my callous came off on :x Staunched it out, but was terrified I was going to drop it! Definitely a painful little injury :?

Agree with TT, strap up and let it heal :nod:

Here is a little trick I use when i forget to cut them off with scissors when at the gym, find a good Olympic bar with heaps off keeling (grip) and run your callouses over it slowly it will remove enough of the callouses off to prevent this from happening again in the future maintenance dear lady maintenance 8)
