Well geez it has been awhile since posting however training has continued as per norm. 3/4 x a week and have been going up the Mount at least 3 times a week. Well was, over holidays. Back to normal now - schools back today YUS!!!

Um it was leg day, i'd just finished 6 or so sets on the Leg Press and I looked over at the rack and thought f*ck It, I'm gonna try again!! Put 40kg on, widened my stance went for 8 was good, did another 8 which was sweet. 50kg x 6 all good, so went up to 60kg x 5 - still no pain YAY!! I didn't wanna push my luck so I left it there. Only 60kg but hey still stoked for the amount of time its been! :grin:

Did an Interval Training sesh early Friday morning before the Road Trip began for Sevens!

20 Exercises - 1 minute each - 10 secs rest in between

It's one i've logged on here before, actually I've done it a few times so won't bother writing it all out again. Did the job as always though 8)

Tonight's training I was NOT feeling at all, actually I'm surprised I didn't drop a bar on my head :pfft: although not totally unexpected after huge weekend in Welly which carried over another 2 days! Good blowout, shit weak train tonight - back into proper tomorrow :nod:
