Prisoner Squat & Kick x 33

Pressups lifting one leg at a time x 28

Bicycle x 140

One Leg Deadlift (right leg) x 24

One Leg Deadlift (left leg) x 25

Tricep Dips (off bench) x 31

Side Lunge Jump (right leg) x 28

Side Lunge Jump (left leg) x 30

Pullup x 9

Getup x 13

Side Crunch (knees to elbow, rhs) x 32

Side Crunch (lhs) x 33

Dive Bombers x 13

Jump Lunges x 60

Knee Tucks x 34

Pike Press x 20

Knee Raises x 26

Reverse Pressup x 21

Side Knee Raises x 22

Pressup & rotate to one side lifting arm, repeat other side x 16

And literally collapse on the floor!!

Good to see the DB Snatches - cool exercise eh?! Will bring the monster DB handle down so you can try that!

Hey MG what are your statts at the moment? BW and BF% hope I'm not offending with asking...I see at start of journal your 52kgs,5"1(not that thats changed :) )

Hey chick, no not at all but to be honest I have no idea what was weight or BF% is atm....um last time I weighed myself was when I did Powerlifting Comp in Sept last year and I was 52kg, I would say now I'd be more like 55kg?? (My pants are tighter :pfft: ) BF%, I might try grab one of my mates who's a PT at my gym and see if he can do it for me. I'd be interested too :nod:
