Tbh not really aye phedd, i've had alot of people telling me i should be doing bodybuilding but the whole competing side of things doesn't really interest me, it's way too strict for me, I love my food and I love my booze too much Main focus for me is just to keep fit and stay strong.

Squats felt pretty good actually compared to the last time i did em so stoked with that

Walking Lunges

And done, on a side note John now has rookie status at my gym lol, he had finished his deads (210kg), bar was on safety rack and my girl started unloading it all from one side she took the last plate off and BOOM, bar and weights crash to the floor LOL, she scarpered and the manager comes up to see what happened, gives J the talk about how you need to unload the bar evenly LMAO :pfft: :pfft:

Just going with the flow.....primo :D They were feeling good mate so yeah no reason, just felt like it...

Cumon MG you should know that you only need to do 3 sets of an exercise :roll: Dam closing in on 2xbw dead for reps 8)

The problem is I like carbs too!!! So it leaves me in quite a quandary. So I just eat lean protein and moderate carbs. Now I no longer look like the michelin man. I look like his slightly slimmer brother but thanks to be half samoan my head is still perfectly round lol..

Damn that's some good deadlifting weight MG!!

I've been meaning to put these pics up, check out the steak I ate a couple of weekends ago, i'll be honest it was a struggle but I was determined to finish it mainly because my friends son whispered in his dad's ear "Bet she can't do it Dad" So I HAD to prove him wrong!!

Cheers Phedd, believe me it wasn't my plan to eat the whole thing! I told my mate to cut it up but nope he put the whole bloody thing on my plate and said "There ya go Jess" :shock: Um not sure of how much it weighed but i'm thinking gotta be close to 500g??
