So super stoked and lol Phedd yup yup celebrated hard last night :pfft: A bit worse for wear today... :pfft:

So went like this....

Squat

Opened with 80kg - 3 whites

2nd: 82.5kg - 2 whites, 1 red (for bounce at the bottom)

3rd: 85kg PB - 2 whites, 1 red (for wobble at the top)

Bench

Opened with 42.5kg - 2 whites, 1 red (bum not touching)

2nd: 45kg - Fail (Changed my feet placing :naughty: )

3rd: 45kg - 3 whites

Deadlift

Opened with 100kg - 3 whites

2nd: 102.5kg - Fail (Lost it :x )

3rd: 102.5kg - 3 whites

So total weight was 232.5kg

Probably did a gazillion things wrong with form, technique etc but I can learn from this, am just rapt I did it :grin:

Personally I'd set some new goals to keep focused. IMHO it'd be a shame to not continue to build on the last 8 weeks, but ultimately it's up to you to decide what you enjoy eh.

Setting a small short term goal might help give you something to work towards and maintain momentum in the interim, if this is something you think you'd like to carry on doing.

If you're unsure about goals (i.e. what's realistic etc), just pluck some numbers out of the air and refine them later. It doesn't matter what the numbers are, they're just numbers and you can change them. Or keep it really simple for now, e.g. I want to add 5kg to my squat/bench/dead.
