Now I was playing around abit with stance, grip etc... and have found a comfy place as such I think, didn't spend too much time on setup and just tried to rip it off the ground but man that shit ain't happening for me aye. I tried to tear it up but nah lol the bar comes up but it's slow as for me with that heavier weight. It was easy at 60kg :pfft: Practise practise practise me thinks :nod:

Lat Pulldown wide grip

40kg x 10

45 x 8

50 x 6

Wide Grip Chins x 6

Close Grip Pullups x 8 x 2 sets

Single Arm Row

yup time under/over that bar MG....im runnin a theroy atm, that people find there best setup in test/comp days

cant tell you how much pushing yr knees out when squating will help you achive depth, its just process, process

Cheers dude, uh was thinking of opening with 80, 2nd 82.5 & 3rd ?? well if i fail the first 82.5, do that again or ?? I don't know try 85? I've only tried it once before and WaaaWah lol no go

to quote steve king, accomplished NZ pler..."you want to open on a weight you can do 3 reps with in the gym" see how that feels on the day, get the whites and enjoy yrself
