Hi people's, about time I got my A into G and started a journal mainly just so I can keep a track of what im doing, so here goes...

I've been back at the gym just over a year now after having a massive break - kids & i guess just life in general...

I've never trained by any programme as such, have always done alot of the classes and every now & then would train on the floor but just do whatever i felt like. This Powerlifting Day coming up is the first time i've actually trained for something and it's pretty awesome.

Hmmm diet... :oops: I have no diet. I pretty much eat whatever I want & just whenever I'm hungary but am normally pretty good. If anything I would say I don't eat enough! I don't measure out food or know how many calories I should be having everyday as I've never really worried about it. Feel free to comment, critique, etc

So stats at mo are:

52kg

5"1 and half

BF 22%

I've loved the training that i've been doing! It's sure different from the norm Pump classes I was doing (altho nothing wrong with those either) it's just wicked when you realise your actually getting stronger :nod: yup yup it's pretty choice 8)

Wow it's so god damn hot in Mackay i'm bloody melting! Haven't had a chance to do much exercise over the last few days bar today from travelling and catching up with whanau etc...

Today got up before it got too hot

50,40,30 x Pushups (real ones)

50x Ab Crunches

20x Reverse Crunches

Tricep Pushup (elevated)

20 minute run down the beach with each step sinking in the friggen sand 5 inches :shock:

:grin: Cheers TFB, was sooo good stepping into that gym today, was alot different from home. Geez they had machines from here to Timbucktoo!

Machines for EVERYTHING!! All good tho, had a bit of a tutu on a couple of them but didn't write those ones down :grin:

No gym tomorrow as will out on the lake behind the boat on zee biscuit. Yeeeah heapsa fun :dancing:
