Yeah christmas holidays you will be able to feel the burn in your ass every day while on holiday, if your gyms open.

It might make you a little :shifty: but who cares since your a good looking movie star 8) just like tom cruise with a burning arse after FST-7 training your quads.

I thought my gym would be quite today being the xmas hoildays but I thought wrong it was busy with people buring off there xmas indulgences.

I thought of this good idead for Gym Rat 3 which I could do some poseing in front of some hotties in my Gym Rat gears what do guys reckon.

i reckon stop lying about ur weights in ur journal might be a good start. u cant bent over barbell row 130kg for 8-12 reps or db bench 47.5kg for 8-12 reps.

These are gymrat reps, so they dont really count as reps.

And im sure his maths isnt the best. 25lbs + 25lbs on either side of a 20kg bar = 130kgs in gym rat world.

Plus the reps would go 1,2,4,7,12.

Ratty will have to go at the front so I can make sure he peddels.

Ive seen his leg work outs and to be honest I wasnt impressed.

I dont think he has much power in those pins.

I would be safer you you to go in the trailer otherwise on the handlebars ratty would be looking at your arse way too much. It would make him feel :shifty:

Yesterday while I was watching The biggest losser there was item on stiff legged deadlifts and one of the trainers from the biggest losser said stiff legged deadlifts are good for the glutes and the hamstrings or in other words feeling the burn in my ass :P.Guys if you have something nice to say in my journal feel free to post it but if you dont hav.e anything nice to say in my journal don't post it

Your shoulder and Hammy training routine looks remarkably similar to mine. Have you still got someone writing your programs up for you, getting from

Flex magazine or have you been writing them yourself?

I write up my own programes now which saves time waiting for them to come.You try FST-7 for leg press sometime you need a zimmer frame after that.

Yesterday I went on a epic ride out to Debrah bay which is one of the bays out past Port Chalmers the ride out started off biking up a step and windy road while I was feeling the burn in my ass :P on the way back I had lunch at one of the cafes in Port Chalmers I had smoked chicken bire with salad.When my food came the waitres asked me is it that for one person? I said yes.Normly when I do come back from biking out to Port Chalmers I take the same road that I come given that yesterday was New's Years I came back on State highway 88 which was dead quite while I got a nice burn in my ass :P when biking along the harbour..When I got home I thought I need a zimmer frame :pfft:
