Today was hamstrings calfs

Seated leg curls 3x10-12 83kg,89kg,96kg

Lying leg curl 3x10-12 63kg,66kg,75kg

Standing leg 3x10-12 119,126,134 all in pounds

Smith machine stiff legged deadlifts 3x10-12 140kg,150kg,160kg

Calf press 3x10-12 340kg,260kg,300kg

Standing calf raise 3x10-12 255,270,280 all in pounds

When I arrived at the gym this fine looking hottie walk by and she touched my right and gived the look which made feel very :shifty:

that would be right arm.I will be extra carefull when I come to Aucks on July 6th so I don't get checked out by thousands of hotties which would make me feel very :shifty:

Be extra careful up here in Auck bro, the sluzzas here skip straight past the right arm and go for the middle leg!

Biceps

Overhead standing cable curls 3x10-12 90,100,120 all in pounds

Missed out on a couple of wrestling DVD's that I was bidding on trade me today which were 2004 survior series and pay perview which was held in the UK in 2002.

Sleep wasnt all that good because of the quake in chch.

Gym Rat how many DVDs do you actually own now? Must be thousands.
I have 149 DVD's one more DVD I will have 150 DVD's 8) .I read in one of my flex mags Dexter Jackson has 700 DVD's cant recall which issue that I read that in.

Two more quad trains before I come to Aucks.When I am I plain on doing some major ass burning when Iam in Aucks.Which would be when I am in the gym,walking the streets of Aucks and walking North head etc and I best not yell time to feel the burn in my ass or I might feel :shifty: when some hotties walk past me.
