When I was about to have my afternoon tea my cat got into my afternoon and I was pissed off or :x as hell so I went out for a cheat meal which was chicken burger from a fish n chip shop.I ordered a copy of Hitman Hard wrestling with shadows on DVD looking forward to watching it when I do get it.

When I finshed giving my quads a good ass kicking I collasped on the floor and I was sucking it in and I left the gym with a nice burn in my ass :P

Today I did a new tricep excerise which I learned off a video of Flex Lewis on Go figure when he came to NZ in May .I thought I will have to give that a go.

Orginaly I was going to do three excersies for hamstrings when I finshed doing seated leg curl I thought f*ck it I will do four instead.When I finshed Android's high rep leg train came to mind I had hard time crossing the road to get to my which was locked up on the bike rack from the otherside of the road also rideing my bike was fun since my hamstrings were nice and pumped.

i saw Flex Lewis when he came to Palmy last year or year before?

hes a power house alright,and is quite on to it, and he gave us a primo run down on his past,and how he got to do,what hes doing now.very interesting dude.

I had eventfull day at work when I arrived there major power problems with the power out not to sure what the problem was. to add to the list of problems the hot water tap was leaking.At the gym that work at I checked by lots of hotties which makes feel bit :shifty: they must know that I am NZBB hottest male member 8)

I went nice ride on Saturday out to Debrah bay which envoled biking up 300 m hill. While I was biking up a the step and winding I thought I can feel the burn cranking up big time and I thought I can feel the burn in my ass :P it took me 73 minutes to get out there and for coming back a hour and 20 minutes for some more epic major ass burning :P .
