Just chucking it out there, would you guys ^^^ who constantly mock him feel bad if he didnt come back ? (yes aware i have done it myself in the past) but seems a little low to continually make fun of someone like that. yeayea neg away.

I think gym rat is pretty thick skinned.

Most of it goes over the top of his head.

Hey guys if you have wondering where I have been latley because last Friday I had epic case of bad luck while I was using my laptop which was my laptop lost full power :doh: and I tryed charing it up while I was at work for the day and such luck so I had take my laptop down to Harvey Norman to get it fix and since then I have been not be able to post on this site.I have increased the intensty of my training from 90 seconds rest between 60 seconds between sets .WhenI giving my quads a good ass kicking with 60 seconds rest between sets while I am doing some major ass burning :P .I will be able to post on this site just once a week until my laptop is fixed.I will give you guys a run down on my training for the week

Monday chest and biceps

I forgot to mention that I will be posting on this site just once a week but it will be just temporally while my laptop is being fixed.I will be having a train Wolfs gym when I am in Aucks but that will be on the Monday when I am in Aucks.

Finaly Gym Rat resumed normal posting on NZBB.I got my laptop back today from Harvey Norman and I found out what the problem was it was the power source.I made some changes to my training this past week for the month of July I will be doing a combo of high reps quads and hamstrings : and for the rest reps ranging in 8-12 range

Harvey Norman (my boyfriend) not the store.. cleared all the Trojan Virus from my laptop if i agree to give him url's of the websites i get trojan virus from. Made me feel :oops:

been a bit slack latley posting in my journal and I wicked time in Aucks and I saw few old buggers out with there mobilty scooters and zimmer frames.I did some major ass buring when I walked up Mt Victoria and North head.I checked out stack loads of hotties when I was walking around Queen St which me feel a bit :shifty: .I saw a old dude with his zimmer frame in the Navy musemue.I went to Kelly Tarltions for the first time in 27 years and I notice a big diffrence since I was there last being massive also the same for my first visit to Rangitoto which was moving for me it brought back lots of memories for me when I use to go there a fair bit when I lived in Auckland.I went on a tour of Eden park which was wicked which took me through the changing room the coaches box,the corpret boxes, the hall of legends and I got to have look at the turf of Eden park which I thought was very cool.I got checked out by a few hotties at Les Mills Aucks which made me feel a bit :shifty:
