Leg extenions 2x15 59kg,66kg,3x8-12 117kg,120kg,122kg

Leg press 3x8-12 370kg,400kg,420kg

Db lunges 3x8-12 40kg's,42.5kg's,45kg's

Smith machine squats 3x8-12 150kg,160kg,175kg

Hack squats FST-7 7x10-12 150kg,150kg,150kg,150kg,150kg,150kg,150kg

When I was looking at the Les Mills website this morning before I went to the gym do see what jobs are avaible at both Les Mills gyms in Wellington and I notice a job at Les Mills on the Terrace in Wellys and the job type is maintances and I applyed for it and hopefuly this time around there will be a job for me in Wellys :pray: .

Would probably help if you could spell the job title....

When I was doing Smith machine wide stances squats I was going deep while I was feeling the burn in my ass :P .When I finshed giving my quads a good ass kicking I thought I need a scooter with a V8 engine built in :lol: .

I had to leave home early this morning to walk my bike down to the bike shop after yesterday when i was biking home from work my chain on bike got jamed in the crank shaft.While I was walking past uni there were a few hotties checking me out which made me feel a bit :shifty:

This is fantastic! There is no way on earth you can do a one arm db row at 55 kgs or 130kg rows. Your results get more and more unreal by the day Rat-attack. Stop telling porkies and post your real numbers.

Gym rat I will send you down some smiley face stickers. But you can only use them when we say you can, when we deem you have earned it.

Then you can take a smiley face sticker and put it on the sheet on your fridge. Once you get 10 stickers, Tom or JimJim will take you out for an Iceblock of your choosing.

I have to turn sideway was when I have to use the loo at the gym that work with narow doorways for the toilets and for going and going into the staff room arse burning :P will be happening on friday
