Today was back

When I was doing lat pulldown there was a fine looking hottie doing some streaches in the streach area at my gym while I was watching her streach I got a raging stiffy so I reached into the leg of my shorts and tugged on my nuts until I came into my gym towel while I was doing lat pulldown it was making me feel bit :shifty:

When I was biking to the gym from home I was thinking thank god I did not to quads on Monday while I was still recovering from my epic 28km bike I would have needed a mobilty scooter with a 59 ford motor built in :pfft:

I had a good shoulder and triceps left the gym with shoulders and triceps nice and pumped.

I left the gym with my quads nice and pumped including a very nice burn in my ass :P .Bought myself two WWE DVD's off trade me today which were both mega cheap only three dollars which are WWE The Great American bash from 2005 and WWE Hell in a cell from last year.

Getting out of bed this morning was a bit of strugle after giving my quads a good ass kicking :twisted: I thought I wish I had a zimmer frame on me at the time.At work I scored six spray cans of Dove mens care :D when some hottie walks past me how nice I smell which make me feel a bit :shifty: .
