I went nice ride on Saturday out to Debrah bay which envoled biking up 300 m hill. While I was biking up a the step and winding I thought I can feel the burn cranking up big time and I thought I can feel the burn in my ass :P it took me 73 minutes to get out there and for coming back a hour and 20 minutes for some more epic major ass burning :P .

I believe you are experiancing the "anal stage" which is quite normal in 18month-3 1/2 year olds according to Freud.

I went shit house in my league picks for this week where I got five points and one game right and all today I have been thinking WTF happend.I will be able to pick my Hurrcanes fleace from Champions of the world Dunedin.Me being a Personal trainer that might be a hazard for me since I am a good looking filmstar if I get lots of hotties for my clients I might feel very :shifty: .

Before I went to the gym this morning I thought I do a diffrent pressing movement for shoulders and I chosed hammer shoulder press plus I thought it was time for a change.

I had wicked and epic 28km bike on Saturday by hooning down MT Cargill road plus I got checked out by a couple of hotties which were also out biking which made me feel a bit :shifty: when I got home I had major doms plus I was thinking could some please get me a zimmer frame asp.
