40kg incline d/bs :grin: time for some video bro and some pics?? We will get together some sponsorship as I know you professional actors are expensive :lol: so Ill chuck $50 toward the movie and get some sausage sizzles under way at the local womans only gym to raise funds :wink:

When I was reading the latest issue of Flex I notice that Dexter Jackson has been doing inclince lateral raise for the past two years and I thought that give a good idea bugger db lateral raises from now I am going to incline lateral raise instead.I have started to look for a job in Wellys and I have had enough of living in Dunedin.

I might break into the film industy :shifty: .I feel it is time for change and each I have come to Wellington I think I want to move there plus I could image myself rideing my bike on Streets of Wellys or feeling the burn in my ass on the streets of Wellys :P

How are you finding the FST-7? Imagine the ass burning potential if using it wile training legs. :P

I like the FST-7 and so far I have used the FST-7 for chest,back,hamstrings.I will have to try the FST-7 for quads sometime which will give a very nice burn in my ass :P plus I would need a bucket and mobility scooter after words.
