thanks guys, it is much more motivational to have a log here, had I started earlier maybe I would not have had a slump at the end of last year.

I have used CEE before and found it a definite improvement on the old mono, and its just so much easier to take.

skipped a meal today as I was in a hurry, and just ran out of gas in the gym when it came to tri's just a real struggle.

Thanks deegee. I suppose I should have looked at your previous back workout....ah well late at night and all that.

No worries I will try to remember to in the lbs next time there are a few machines in lbs most in kg's

went to failure here last couple of reps a bit scratchy! but got a good pump

some improvement so not a bad workout this is probably my least favorite workout day at the moment
