Hey all,

thought I'd get my balls outta my purse.. here is a a couple of photos of my progress so far. Im pretty proud of myself.. but glad i've still got 6weeks

up my sleeve!

Starting weight: 62kg Body fat: LOTS lol

Current weight: 54kg body fat: lots less :pfft:

It blows me away that I ran almost every day and lifted 3x a week and I was still totally squidgy, you really cant out train a bad diet!!

oh what you doing for your diet ?

Usual weekday

Breakfast: eggy porrige and protein w some flaxseed and cinnamon mixed in.

Am Snack: Protein shake n corn thins or almonds

Lunch: 250g Vege 120g ish of chicken - sometimes some kumara or rice

Pm Snack: Protein shake and handful of grapes or plum or Corn thins, cottage cheese and some grapes

Dinner: Chicken and vege, maybe a piece of chocolate protein bar if I need

"something sweet"

On the weekend I have time to experiment and eat some different stuff, omelettes and curry etc.

Training is 5days weights (cos I have to get in two leg days) and cardio 6 days a weeks, mixed - some HITT, some running, some walking and maybe a bag/skipping workout for a bit of a change.

Are you doing a Body For Life is that why there is 6 weeks to go?

Nah I went one step further than BFL .. dropped myself right in it lol.. novice figure South island champs, Sometimes you need a really scary goal to get you of yer chuff and stop kidding yourself! Saw my trainer today and we are go for comp..GULP!!

you really cant out train a bad diet!!

I couldn't stress enough how important or how big a part of what you're doing is diet. Bloody well done for what you've achieved so far, takes a lot of effort as you well know.

Have a chat to "hungry" he's got the goods on diets. 6 weeks sounds a lot but it'll go quick, so have a yarn to someone to fine tune that last bit. Well worth it.
