OK team well thought I would share and share alike, the journey. I competed about 4 year ago and got pretty lean. so I have a target to get down to that level again, and soon. here is the photo of me in the back ground from about a month ago. yes it was cold going for a swim in the winter!!! Will post up some pics from half way on this nzbb challenge, and of course at the end :)

well just to give everyone a progress update. cardio is going well, minimum of 20 min a day, and the weight training is changed around. loads of energy. I scored myself some fate burners, ripped fuel. and they give me a fairly good buzz in the morn, of course this is tied in with far too much coffee.

Well today o got told that I have chubby arms, which aren't hot. So with that in mind I kicked it into gear at the gym. Sweated my arse off. I have also concluded that unless I want to take up a career in wet tshirt competitions I should never wear White shirts at the gym. Did weigh

Myself before loosing 20kg of water to discover I am now 97.4 kg. So not a bad loss. Seeing tony L tomorrow to critique my diet and do a pinch test.

Nothing like a bit of motivation! Great effort though!

Let us all know how you go!

well another week down and feeling pretty good. had a 6 point pinch test and am around 19%. not bad from the 27% 4 months ago. also now down to 97.5kg. Cardio today 40 minutes of sweat and ACDC.

Fat burners are feeling good, a bit shakey off them in the morning. Although that also might have something to do with the 5 cups of coffee before 1000.

what is it with shit workout days? chest day today, and no matter how hard I thought I was going, I still felt like it was only 80%. compared to my legs day, back and chest is always a let down. hmm. apart from a slack work out diet is going well, feeling hungry. and energy is still up there.

I hate it when you have your routine interrupted, either due to work or personal it still sucks!. went down to Napier and couldn't make it to the gym, not only that but got dragged out to the pub to "entertain". felt like arse the next day and am still thinking it wasn't worth the effort. hopefully back on track now, so am about to tear into some tuna and vege to get back on track.

another weekend of forgetting my targets. so my brother had a birthday dinner and the other half made a triple choc baked cheese cake. :) had to have a bit. that in conjunction with a cold for the last week and the weight jumped back up to 97.8kg. Not taking it to heart . just getting back into it. I have noticed the old mid section is starting to thin down a bit. :) so seeing is believing and I'm beginning to believe. Wondering when the final photos are due.
