hahaha brother still squat once a week need leg power and drive for bench mate :wink:

and deadlift every second week :lol: good times but triceps three to four times a week do you even dip??? :pfft: "joking brother..(sort off)

that was it, body was beatin to a pulp from a heavy week of lifting, lats crazy domed out from bench n deads, it made moving round in general not that easy so was bloody happy to hit goal set in squat with such ease, new suit feels so mint and really worked hard on quality reps this week after been very loose last week huge improvement there! straps up next week come at me big iron yeoooow, amping for bench on mon!

really solid train, deads is the only lifts i'v really stuck to a plan this time and seems to be paying off, no trouble on top set which was actually a gym lift pb, then just deloading down from bands to chains to ease it hime. 247.5 is in the prog next week then 10days rest. was planning to open on 150, same as last comp, but didnt go up that fast so will drop it to 145 then hopefully attack a pb on 3rd, the shirt is abit ripped and unwashed since a few comps a go, so after a nice hot bath she should tightn back up and be ready to blaze.....ill chuck suit on and hit a easy opener on monday then a few curls weds then we ride........water loading starts tomorrow 6L then drops 1l per day, then thurs mid day will start to drop out the water and all going well hit scales friday morn under the 90......

Dusted. Just going thought the motions tonight, happy with squat as only the 3rd time iv had straps up in suit, depth easy and form is tight (by my rough standards), in on weds for a light play around then its game on!!! looking to hit big pb's on squat and deads, and take what i get on the bench after a disrupted build up....FFAAARKIN FIZZZZZING
