big sess, up2 95% on squats a good wake up as it was a grinder, gotta get back in the game here hopefully a hard 3weeks of big vol will have me back to near pb status here either or ill be goin for a pb on 3rd.

Iv accepted the fact that abit of strength has been sacrificed to make weight but in no rush, main goal to reach weight get big game comp experience then re build strength then domernate.

week 1 day 4 - comp style bench - just tried bench shirt in comp style at cbc club test day to

so glad i did this as need to get some serious prac in the shirt, washed it in was bit tighter in also most resulted in a 140 skull crusher to start :shock: went down then came forward in completely missed the grove zero pop in just resulted in a tough grind the whole way, 145 much better no real issues in 150 flew up then down again.....goood times enjoying learning the new art, will to a few more sessions b4 comp to zero it in.

great little in house comp at the gym everyone giving it a 110 awesome!!

last night got a little out of control yet to really sleep in stuck it home with the pups solo...its gunna b a great day...madness

team pencil neck(rm n vp) shot work early today so we could get into some early avo iron, squats took a while to warm up but felt nice by the end of it, good to get some vol under the belt.

bench - really want to get a good feel bAck in the shirt after not the best outting last week, today felt bloody great!! will do opener monday week then game time faaaaark!!... unracked 100 when unloading plates n got a touch with little effot!!!! madness!!!

VP now liftin in u93's as he didnt eat 4 a week in turn all pencil neck so gunna be awesome battling the mentor....im gunna destroy him!!! bahaha na no chance as he will be fully geared up vs me only shirted, so pumped cant wait to bring some ruthless behaviour to the platform.....

anyway weight: 92.9 morning 93.7 after work so blinkin boarderline and cant afford to cut eats down so starting to added some condition work in on off days....who ideas was it to be and u93 lifter seriously :pfft:

run 20 mins - with few hill sprints added + tree pull ups on various trees on rout

core circuit to end:

side prone 1min r. - front 1min - side prone l. - keeping off ground hole time

reverse crunch to double leg lower 20reps - 20 full sit ups

50xsupermans - 30sec prone cobra hold

done.
