pipe rolled the faaark out of the back as been so in a mess last week or so feels good now hopfully wake up still feeling better

easy day as build into thur skill test day, just going thought the motions still all felt bit heavier than in should of due to lack of warm up but all good!!, amped for thurs may even look for a cheeky pb on squat in bench :shifty:

Can relate - my Mrs loves to bake, often come home to brownies, scones, cakes, or some other delicious morsel which I must eat half of :doh:
