yip itll be 105's 4 me cant see that much stripping off in 8 weeks even with conditioning work thats goin down now

SHIT....that means I will be going up too.....bloody hell Red 8 weeks for me to put on 10 kilos, not going to happen. Will have to go for 4 or 5 but will still get into your weight class. You not getting rid of me that easy!!! :naughty:

Traps trying to get over 93kg...watching with interest. tough call

More true than you will ever know!!!

Going to be trying new things, foods, structure my eating a bit different...basically change what I have been doing in the past and see if it works for me. :?

Also busy machining a plug on the lathe at work to stick up the naught so I can hold onto all my food!!!!! :twisted:

cheers crew, lil pup doin great, got the combo now (1girl 1boy) so im a happy guy, was a middle of the night start so zero hrs sleep collected, never done that b4 with been boozy, weird feeling, so low eats (undercover cutting? :shifty: ) in low sleep = rest day yesterday, but getting strong n jacked doesn't wait 4 n e one, so with jr no1 with mum in birthing centre and jr2 with grand parent this = tin smashin time :twisted:

add/abductors still sore from squats in takes to long to warm up to pull a good sumo when that happins, so fuk it im a man on a time limit so grip and rip baby, loved it to, so......gunna roll with it bout 10-15kgs under my sumo but i reakon will catch up fast, also measured body and it said i should lift conv so might be better for the long run, + my sumo is more or a wide stance con pull n e way, light bench to get some blood running done in 1.10 yeahhh buheee!!
