quality ay just an extension of my foot, also 10kg carry over

8) very good mate just wondered if they were solid on the foot had a vison off the foot pushing out on the sides cool might look at some down the track

1x130 (=pb) slow and steady this week, but still very happy, was slow but always felt in control (will vid later) , good for confidence, as just woke up, sharp coffee then bench

the sunday morning fast becoming fav sess just a quick 45min blast love it, well on track for 132.5 goal for sept, happy to of takin 2.5 gain off last bench block, seems the norm for me, slowly slowly moving up

prog set-

1x210 - (pb) goal meet, was all in slow mo, felt like i went down, tiped forward, paused then, hay wait a min this feels light then powered up easy, but on vid review it all look quite easy and smooth, must of all been in my head, no stick point like last week, super stoked and what i can rember depth was deep!! still could be alot tighter in set up as was abit wobbly to start but didnt rush it so thats something new :pfft:

any way thats this block of training over!! 3 months of hard work, no sessions, sets, reps missed and all targets meet 8) never went for full maxes just stuck to prog as no need to play hero yet (thats in sept) prob a tiny bit more in squat, bench at max and 5ish in deads at a guess.

now 9 weeks to comp (startin next week) so perfect for a conditioning week then into the next block which will be high vol shekio for squats and deads which has work well in the past and something abit diff for bench as i enjoy playin round with diff progs.

next set of goal for sept comp -

squat - 220 belt and wraps

bench - 132.5 raw

deads - 242.5 belt

2nd bubs due in next few weeks so its gunna be tough to maintain some big high vol session but nil will be missed, there may just be some odd training times, but iv gone 10 month now without missing a single train so we will get push though it!!!
