programme has a 235 next week then max attempt the fellowing to end the 10weeks, so we shell see how we go!! anything from now will be a bonus but very keen to add!!

just stuck to bear minimum today as it was my once every few weeks elbow blow out day so more of a survival mode work out, but banked all the same.

elbow/tri fix - 5x25x35 tri ext, foam rolling over pain zone, few stretch, micky d's and back to 100%, Done.

haha yeah drizzt the high 90's is the good life the weights just takin off over the last month madness, ill stop it there so i can slowly creep back down to the 93's for comps, just started running again last night so will level back out

Week 10 - Coan/Phillipi 10 week Deadlift Routine - (final week)

Deadlift (100%): 1x1 @ 235 kg....PB

Speed deadlift (60%): 2x3 @ 140 kg (rest as needed b/w sets)

played around for hour or so watchin cory attackin his test day and did -

power cleans 5's upt 80kg

back neck push press - 8sets - 60kg

pull ups dif grips - 6x8xbw

steel log - 2sets of 12

few other bits in bob's

end of prog, loved it, put 10kg on max pretty easy i think id have another 5kg in tank but just stuck to prog...(dont wanna show ma card to traps to early) mean prog always in and out under an hour, may do another round build up to in house comp, happy man now on to 2 weeks worth of pb;s on the squats comin up, lifting life is good :lol:

haha yea im down with the just letting the bod do what it wants, i def think the xtra weight has helped out, yip the fair of the 200 has pasted now!!
