I was set to come get you and then blew out.....going to have to wait for next test.

Got a taste of that 200 squat you got....and I like it. :dancing:

its a good taste, thats for sure, few more weeks in ill be getting a taste again cant wait!!

week 9 - squats, light bench n delt

delts felt bit off so no morw work on them today

squats - set 1- i little side ways as right knee felt bit off so i think more power was going though the left side, but pretty easy, set 2 - focused on pushin the knees out and was spot on felt to like one of my soildest sets of the 9 weeks to date.....good, didnt do much eles as shoulders little twiky but good sess, churr for the rev up fellow iron heads of coast.... works better than the ragin head phones :twisted:

Week 7

Deadlift (90%): 1x2 @ 212.5 kg

Speed deadlift (75%): 3x3 @ 180 kg (120 sec rest b/w sets)

Power shrugs (70% of current): 2x5 @ 160 kg

Stiff-leg deadlift: 3x5

Pendly rows: 3x5

Underhand (reverse) grip lat pulldown: 3x5

Arched back good morning: 3x5

morning sess today....bit of a shock to the body, toughish sess, legs still tired from squat day, may change up deads to friday so i can be fully firing i think. 7th week now of full sumo, still ups and downs, really tring to get shoulders back or at least inline with the bar...struggling as took some side on vid!! but all good session banked!

Did you use the VP leaping calf shrugs bro or the shrugs that actually do something for you :lol:

may or may not :shifty: of added in a "leaping calf shrugs" for a slight calf burn affect :pfft:

nice work today bro..i dunno if this will help but eastern female lifter by the name of Julia Kosturová had a pretty good text book Sumo even thou shes in gear, perhaps a setup to look into bro?

hips seem quite high bro

yeah i noticed this and did actually try a hand full of light variations, tried a low squat like start using alot more leg drive as i think ur ment to?, but i just cant do it, way to uncomfortable for me, prob to do with my crab flexibility, but then i figured that i can 1/4 alot more than full squat so i came to the conclusion ill just pick the c*nt up how ever it happens :pfft:

Julia Kosturová has a 240kg squat too...

the keys for me (and Im new to this lift...in fact youd prolly pull a bigger sumo than me right now) are these

keep the bar close - I skin my knee coming through sometimes but the hips are close

spread the floor...I only just clicked to this. Push the feet outwards to stroke the bar off the deck

lock the knees out quickly in the lift...Jono Mac put me onto this recently too...seems to help in completing the lift

foot placement is critical for me...its either on or its a struggle so i use the bar as a marker and set the rings (on this bar) over the laces on me chucks...toes are out way more than yours too

thanks mate...this sumo is a tech business thats 4sure!!, been playing with the spread of floor, and the knees lock out after seeing those mentioned abit back, end of the day i hate tech stuff haha its just a piece of steel, lets pick the c*nt up by any means possible!!! YEAH BUDDY!!
