last night - along side the powerlifting training been doing some fitness ie running, did lifting test thurs so thought should do a fitness test, so i picked the police test as its nothing to intense 2.4km under 10.15, my time 9.40, so pretty happy with that after 5 weeks training

today - week 5 day 3 mv

farmers walk - full drive with 45kg per hand, half drive with 85kg per hand -2m forward roll added :roll:

zercher carries + 6x tyre flips x2 (1 set 85kg, 1 set 125kg) - quit tough, had to yell a fair bit to make it :pfft: :pfft:

fun session, just looked in mirror stoked to see blown blood vess in the eye hahaha just a small blow out but its a good start!!

week 6 day 3 - live rugby is back, great 1st outing from the blues, loved it.

weight: 92.6kgs, my mini experment cut is complete, 3kgs over last 6 weeks to to see if i could make u93 class, not hat it matters as just novice, but wanted to see how it would work for future ref when im in proper comp mode, so went perfect as planed, - to hit comp weight 2 weeks b4 then just maintain, done.

week 7 day 3

weight 91.8kg - bloody wasting away 1 more week to maintain then pump it back up to around 97kg, cloths gettin to small not good.

in between all of this - gym tyre flip challege (6 flips 220 or 230?kg tyre) goin down rm vs vp goin at it :evil: - current rec was 19ish secs (time to own it),then a sea saw battle begain vp rm vp rm and so on, time keep getting lower and lower, each man better then next man time and time again, in the end got a clean run and set the bar at 12.7sumpin and that was wer it ended for now, until we do battle again in a few weeks. Then did a quick set on 10 to fin. Thats play time over now, comp mode for next week....GAME ON!!

:D very fast time mate :clap: :clap: for us anyway well done till next time it must come down some more hahaha....

Dale and Big Nick do the 300kg tyre for 6 flips in around 14 - 16sec for Nick and 16 -18sec for Dale so we are abit off the pace but for first time on time trails with a lighter tyre we'll get there....
