capo deadlift comp

mass:102.1 - jacked+tanned

just went out to have some fun, so pulled conv to try and get a pb there ended up with 232.5 for a cheeky pb, miss 3rd of 242.5 thought i would of had it but just shot the hips and it was over, still good times, awesome fun comp with a great feel, think ill still with conv now as i want to grow a massive back, also pulled 200x5 no belt with no warm up and after box or so of beer pretty happy with that lol, future is looking bright and our capo force are growing its gunna be a great up coming year ahead :twisted:

not really, im old school, heaps of squat and bench, but mixing up deads this time gotta get some gaaiiins 3 week waves, heavy week, speed week, repin week, will mostly be def deads and from blocks, just speeds from floor etc etc

must say all ive seen on the cube setup makes alotta sense. bet u make all kiiiinds of gains

a years ago i was a fat lazy 100kg man who sat in front of my desk all day, i have now found powerlifting became a tanned 103kg man with new out look on life.... :pfft:

changed the plan hit 1rms....didnt really help had 9 beers b4 starting but cant miss thoses trainings 8)

1x110,120,130,140,146 pb..then we ran out of weights in the shed, already had all the chains hanging off, but it will keep, also the return of viking power tonight after a heft lay off peaking out around 130, no bad for a 79kg pencil neck...gooood got footage will add tomorrow.

end week 5 nude block

bench - 6x2

squat - to a heavy 3

ohp - 4x10-12

ss

wg btn - 4x12-15

hammer v tyre and kb circuit to fin.

this has been a very good little block so far, squats and deads beltless are now as strong or stronger than i wore a belt and raw bench is making a play at old shirted numbers so may extend few more weeks, setting a good base to peak off next year, where i plan on smashing old eqip number in the raw+ div :twisted:

bench again fellowing my 4day a week attack...allll kinds of faaarkin gaaaains

130x7 :lol: so weak but so happy +5rep pb but bw is getting out of control over 104 now, still holding it pretty well but, really want to stick in the 100kg class this year, so gotta pull that shit back a touch, although after last year i know i can easly drop 3 odd kg of water in last 12 b4 weigh in, just a pain in the ass to do, not to worried though still long time till next comp so may as well lap it up!!

was board so went in and hit 5rep chall on squats, 1st time in belt in wraps in 5 odd weeks, felt sore as faark in couldnt crank wraps up to much but hit my number so pretty happy just rusty :lol:

cg bench 5x15

push downs 3x10

swim at bench on way home, 8pm and still like spa, life at the beach its that good

vid: not my best work, but just felt very rusty, depth there or there abouts, still shoulder been better
