cheers men, for to long i had turned a blind eye to the bench just going thought the motions, tides are changing

3x205 - wasnt in mide set for repping to death tonight, so switch to pling temp and just hit a few singles

mint little session just hit 5,3,1 script then hit a few singles around 85 - 90% all fast and easy weight feels nice and solid now on new massed up frame, should be good for 250+ now in the wraps.

cooked up tris nice and good, resting up pec for a few weeks so will just stick cg for now and pump it before looking for some more bench gaaaains in next block

fAaark i thinh they are lacking abit this time, after checkin some old photos, but all good, think iv put more size on up top this round....and around the core :oops:

finally got pumped for some deads today after watchin some pete rubish vids, fukin mad kat!! see below

and decided id do the capo comp for abit of fun, just gunna pull raw conv for a change and try hit a pb on that lift, did a little test on it tonight after only getting 220 a inch off the ground last time i tried to pull conv style :oops:

stoked to get that failure at 220 few weeks back out of the system!! and 230 was not to bad, will try rip 240 on comp, time to start 2 weeks build up lol , but happy to be pumped about deads again just gunna stick to conv this year now as its so much cooler 8)

vid: tried to put vid of sumo and conv side by side to compear, both are slowed to 40% on 3rd rep at 180, seem to be about the same speed, sumo is with migthy high hips using heap of back as always, (one reaason i really want to foucus on conv) also 230 on vid norm speed although it looks like slow mo lol

abit slow off the floor but, she quickend up once you got it to the below the knees..smooth pull bro

2 week prep for 10kg PB 8)

always have struggled with that speed off the deck when it comes to this style, have been hitting heaps on pulls standing on 2inch, has help quite abit so far, thought on how to get that speed off the deck? maybe a slight set up change, some times i was doing the snap and rip and that gave good speed if i hit it right

id dif keep the dificits in bro..just keep focusing on that explosive speed

i dont think you need to majorly change the setup tbh bro, maybe afew tweaks can be made. im coming up on sunday for DE bench if you're in and if you want brah, i can go over the tweaks with you or just PM ya?

2 rounds 5/3/1 done, has worked mint used it to grow after clocking in at 89.2kg :shifty: slash about 93kg hydrated 9 odd weeks at comp now upto solid 100 in the mornings now, def fatter but theres some quality mass in there plus bench is up 10+kgs \:D/ so on to next block for the rest of this year - nude block so no supportive gear to be worn i.e belts/wraps/suits etc etc just going to get everything nice and strong and preped for the atttack next year

just easy squats resting up this week, bench is awesome after a week off my pec injury is almost back to 100% and that was by far the strongest iv ever felt before, promising signs 8)

Man that is some solid weight gain and you cannot complain about 10kg up on the bench!! Good approach to do a block of training without all supportive gear for a while. Makes perfect sense to do a period of that.

haha fat kent now, love it haha hopefully the strength will be there to match it once i start a strength phase next year, recovery already 100xs better so happy with that, yip after watch that ed coan interview where he talks about off season with no supportive gear i though id get into it as been to reliant on such things

5x200 still easy no belt - left it there comp goal 5x220

Finn little it hit out didn't push it, start new training block tomorrow full raw action yeooooow gettin after it
