good sess, planed it last night/morn in when i woke at 330 to feed youth, for some strang reason i was thinking about it then, will put pen on paper in plan ride to comp for deads, i have it mapped in head, mostly speed work, mixed in with 1 more heavy box pull day and a suit day goooooooooood. Gotta bring me level up after talk of giant numbers have come though from fellow competitors, session will be full focus + max intensity from now......

week 4 day 3 - process squat + bit if light bench....6 weeks to go faaaark gotta get serious!!

almost canned training today as got food poisoning weds night so i had a day yesterday with zero eats (under cover cutting to u83 class :shifty: ) and only got half a banana a sweet cake (as my new job title is "testing specialist" true story) and some avo on toast, but finally had the chance to get in the suit with the whole crew there, so had to make face.

so finally a good suit work out, all went to plan made some changes, drop belt down 2 notches looser and bought it up higher and keep nice and upright in to squat, happy to get over raw numbers thank faark!!, hopfully 250 odd come comp day :pray:.

Good week in the gear, really lucky to be able to train in the environment we are building in the club with everyone on the same page, i seriously doubt you could make it to far with out a good crew yeeeooow 6 weeks to gooooo.

haha na i didnt get 20 wraps but a fair bloody few they just kept on giving :shock: def more than from my old pair which seems strange :-s i just use inzer iron z nice in cufy even when full cranked n give great pop out of the hole

good train, faarkin so domed up today from mon, but came good once warm,

gunna start hiting some over head stuff again as gotten so weak on it and i have signed up to do north shore strongest man comp in may (3 weeks b4 NI's, madness? come a me) which has 2 over head events and want to put on a good show.

side note: had to trim beard growth for an interview today so lost about 10% carry over, but then the Shepard pull out new club gears BOOM 10% gain returns maybe a tad more.......

was planning on doing some strongman stuff but after squats elbows blew up so just did some rolling and band work on them to get them right.

not bad squats, dont think iv hit 5s with that weight before, quite strong no real grinders but def hard work, one more week of 5s to go so will add 5kg more next week then down to 3s for the home stretch!!!!!!!!
