squats super cent 42 :shifty: as i got my squat suit for xmas i just had to have abit of a play as it was an easy day i treated myself, but she will now be put away for the next 4 weeks.

few facepulls and band push downs to end.

Bit flat after few beer in giant eats earlier in day, but was good to turn up in see pred there made me feel a whole lot better to know i wasnt the only one silly enough to be doing this madness, just easy squats in bench up2 6x6 next sess (come at me)

just had to try the suit, bloody fun, had to get on once i was pumped but after 10mins jumpin round gym i got it sitting nice, feels so mean been all wraped up in you can hardly feel the weight, just did straps down -

suit findings - drop very slow 1st few times in felt it trying to push me around, but then just droped abit faster as per my normal style it started to get the hang of it, you just gotta dominate it or its gunna throw you around are my thoughts, i reakon ill need agood 220+ to get near depth once strap come up, but no rush ill put it away till after prog ends now.

just some new guy thats been rollin in latly ay, possibly a member of team NZA :pfft: :pfft:

no worries there, one good thing about been short(ish) i can just place the bar down on the pins in slide out if the staple is near (may of may not of done this tonight as lost balance on set 5 :oops: )

tough sess, but got though, biggest vol to date, was full cooked after squats so had a break then hit a few speed deads which felt mintage, goal 1 of prog done - to get though 1st 3weeks wrapless, with only 6x2 on friday i think im safe yeooooooow, shit starts getting serious next week!!!

Looks like the shed was humming earlier today, after Opti left I just had to talk to myself and crank the slipknot :)

Good PB from Panzer too, can't help but notice his bench is higher than his squat though :shifty:

faaark the thought of squats today almost made my spew in my mouth as lower body is domed up to the days from weds, but sucked its up in after about 10 warm up sets i was gettin down to depth, easy weigh/reps once warm, only had 50mins so not much time for much will do some serious core work and box jumps over weekend, tough week next week, 5x5x182.5 - 6x2x172.5 - 4x4x192.5 are on the cards tooooo easy gunna own it!!

squats pretty casual as i was always planning to start knee wraps from now so i knew it would be pretty easy, set 1-4 just floped wraps around then set 5 tried new style with abit of crank...holly shit i reakon i could of a good 12, could hardly feel the weight, reps abit higher than norm, just a matter of feelin in the wrap again as i always seem to pop up to early when i use them after long lay off.

also happy with bench feeling good there, all round i feel back up2 or even stronger now than in my lifts b4 droppin 10 odd kgs.

easy squats so into the heavy box pulls, real happy to hit an easy tribble at 240 with good form as normally my weak upper back crumbles and rounds from 230, but today was no such probs, very happy.

gooood, try new warm up method with bigger jumps in less resps but wasnt quit warm for 1st set so was abit rough though easy enough, set 2&3 deep in fast, very happy as never repped over 200 before, didnt have card in fuckin cam tonight so gutted to get home to review my ZERO foootage f*ck it....did it even happin? :shock: deads not the quickest just really trying to dial in good form, but ended gettin lazy in useing my back instead of legs towards the end so cut it therrr.

side note: 2cm quod growth over last 5 weeks in id say quite abit off the waist as my belts very loose now where i norm have it yeoooow

haha yeaa mate living the aesthetic dream...yarn, meaty legs n gluts, small arms in wide shoulder, weak chest im just a mess...
