squats: all pretty easy, alot of them, but legs have responed well to extra volume, very happy with set up, every set was the same, 3 steps, shuffling nil which is rear

bench: drop weight down for few weeks, still working around 90% just trying a few things, and getting alot better

going very well so far body feeling great!! started to film but cam died after 2 sets oh well, will film lots now as so good to cheak form and so i can look back in few years and laugh about how weak i was

faaaakin lovin pullin conv, lookin bit like stiff legged but oh well only 2nd session, nice in quick under the hour, still workin off sumo max in template and handling it despite the conv been alot weaker....yeah buhee.

Cutting loose SLDL styles bro, thats how the madness zone rolls, good yaka bro. loads of speed when u swoop in with the hips like that too :nod:

faaaark no1 said gettin to a 5plate squat was easy but this is just......MADNESS! haha na weights light just more of a mental game gettin in the zone 1st thing in the morining in a cold shed by urself, 1.25hr grind but all boxes ticked, bloody good weeks training, start week 3 on sunday..had a peak ahead....wish i hadnt as it steps up a level!!!

prob the most demanding day squating on paper for the 8 weeks, was so hoping there there was gunna be fellow iron brothers at gym, lucked out full team "MADNSS"(big john) in the house 8),steak n cory, also 1half of "JACK3D" but made a hasty retreat once full madness got to work :pfft: :pfft: any way always great session when the crew is around, owned it!! some serious peanut butter and jam is gunna roll today.......BOOM!

3x20x20 - motivated by recent arm growth, 1st growth in 8 years and from doing no direct arm training...go figure

good sess, blow a calus in warm up made for some teeth gritting reps, work sets with knee pause hard as always and subsequently the pause got shorter and shorter :shifty: but not to bad really, lower back startin to get abit hot as was still stiff from squats, easy squats on thurs so will be a nice rest b4 sats comp....gooood 8)

another week gone with some serious vol under the belt, shit its ticking down to game time fast!!! just took a casual approach today which prob made it harder, just want to be in half decent shape for sats sm comp, body still holding together pretty well just takes awhile to warm up, happy to be increasing weight in week 4, then week 5 test cant wait!!

sat comp goal: not get injured :pfft: + win 25m tyre flip....come at me bro!
