hips seem quite high bro

yeah i noticed this and did actually try a hand full of light variations, tried a low squat like start using alot more leg drive as i think ur ment to?, but i just cant do it, way to uncomfortable for me, prob to do with my crab flexibility, but then i figured that i can 1/4 alot more than full squat so i came to the conclusion ill just pick the c*nt up how ever it happens :pfft:

That's it bro!! Just pick it up! you did have good body placement in the sense that you were are very upright, maybe hands a little close together blah blah blah just lift it! What am I talking about I'm a pansy bodybuilder, really I just watched the vid to see if you deadlift with those shoes on ha ha a ha

week 10 - squats, changing bench in deads (to get leg recovery) day around so cutin the shoulder work on squat day and will add in on weekend session.

thanks crew, test day hmmm all ma progs fin at diff spots so ill be all over the show, but prob do a full test a week so after last one finishes up, as i feel thats the true test doin them all as one comp styles, hell i might even join up in test at the novice comp if the new pup hasnt come by then (due around the same time)

cut it there, elbow flaring up, faarkin pain, aggravated from a day sanding and scraping :roll:

*10mins skipping n jumpin on tyres

*knee band recovery work

very happy with flat bench tonight, made changes to cut down rom as long monkey arms and little to no arch create 4 a long bench, made grip 2fingers wider and really working hard on lock shoulder blades together, feel bit strange but much stronger than last week.

Also working in power rack now helping with tightness as i have pins set so that the bar touches them if i dont keep everything tight, really help me switch on every rep.

Week 8

Deadlift (95%): 1x2 @ 222.5 kg - smooth and easy!!!

Speed deadlift (70%): 3x3 @ 165 kg (120 sec rest b/w sets)

Power shrugs (75% of current): 2x5 @ 170 kg

Stiff-leg deadlift: 2x5

Bent over row: 2x5

Underhand (reverse) grip lat pulldown: 2x5

Arched back good morning: 2x5

Break through tonight after reviewing my old tech b4 i started trying to be technically correct, back to my roots, moved the feet back in about 4in, no pissing round at set up and BOOM resulting in 222 flying up for a double, loving been back on track!! singles next to weeks, finally gunna smash the 500lb mark!!

pumped all day for 2 days session with pb time on the cards, nailed quite easy really, almost blew it when caught ring finger on leg and it release grip, but no way i was letin the c*nt go! very happy looking to pb again next week, things are now moving!
