Hi all,

Just would like to post my 'before' and 'after' pics up. (From First competition)

These are nearly exactly a year out. (07/09-07/10)

Was a very interesting journey! The most challenging I must say but can honestly say I do not regret any minute of it. :)

Im planning my next competition already and going to work my ass of to improve even further....... I hope

Trying to find a 'better' before picture but unfortunately I don't have a pic with my shirt off, never would have even taken my shirt off  but will try my best so watch this space.....

Thanks everyone, Much appreciated for the support! :D

Nice progress, Dubble_D, although I'm not sure those photos do it justice. What was the weight difference?

Starting weight a year ago was 96kg's, competition weight was 71kg's.... so a tadlost :shifty:

I dont see any extra skin??

There is a tad, I think it has slightly decreased while doing competition preparation but still got a bit to go.

put on heaps of weight in the last week which would not have helped.... 13kgs in one week is not to bad!

Should drop of again in the next ten week comp prep with the help of a new trainer 8)

13kgs mate??Is that the weight you put back on after the comp with water going back in isnt that still a lot??

Thats what I thought, after talking to others who competed, there weight gain ranged form 7kgs in under a week to 13kgs in three days. Depends on how much water your body hold or genetics but honestly, I have no idea. Not to hard to get rid off.... :shifty:

Great stuff, I am sure if you told people you are about to prepare for a Bodybuilding comp when you had the can in your hand the response would have been quite negative......and there you are all lean and on stage!

You wouldn't believe the crap I got from people and still do....

I have found the most crap are usually from either ill informed people or people not having enough dedication to go through what you just did....., anyone with a bit of understanding will appreciate and admire any body change that was for the good
