Nice wee train there yesterday mr :nod: So yeah no "crossfit training" last night but we'll chuck a lil sesh in tomorrow night after our weight training k :grin:

Nice benching bro but what's the deal with doing it in the smith machine? I always find it a bit of a unnatural movement compared to free weight benching. Also is that 170 + the smith machine or including? That's good money either way, Chest gonna be growing after that.

Love the Triceps workout too. 5 sets then done. Bloody Polys! :pfft:

Triceps were just added extras bro lol and smith machine yeah tell me about it but TP wanted to feel the weight under the smith so I let him lead it off definitely a free weight bencher myself bro

thanks missy :D its more the tendon below my elbow but its sweet today and uh it wasnt the armwrestle it was being tapped out in an arm bar by possible the best Brazilian jiujitsu exponent in the country lol the arm wrestle didnt help though nope nope lol!!

f*ck man I stay away from arm wrestles like the plague.... I'm still dealing with the consequences 5 years on, never again.

Lol the two worst things you can do if you have dickey joints is practice/get put into arm bars and arm wrestle! When I was bouncing if I locked someone up it usually hurt me more than them lol

Had a teacher challenge a mate of mine in college to an arm wrestle. Teacher rocked up the next day with his arm in a cast haha not worth it

Bro I took on europes number 2 under 60kg a few years ago on a proper armwrestle set up table I was about 80kg my arm never came right for about 6months :(
