Fucken things nearly are bro its my job using my fingers a lot dragging heavy ass stuff builds massive forearms they nearly are as big as biceps measured them just now.... forearms 14 inches meaning I need 20inch biceps to keep proportion ha 2012 maybe lol

Is your bodyfat coming down more and are you still maintaining the same weight, like you have been?

yes bro actually the thermos will be starting next week the liquid carnitine this week do you prefer powder or liquid for effectiveness?

Not aware of the difference, I've only ever used it in capsule form. It's an amino acid and most aminos come in tablet/powder form so I just stick to that

An amino acis that mobilises fat into the mitochondria of a cell to be metabolised. The are 3 different types (correct me if I'm wrong), L-Carnitine, Acetyl L-Carnitine and L-Carnitine L-Tartrate. I think that it can also increase T levels by saturating some receptors, not sure how it works exactly, didn't really take in what I was reading
