It worked out around 40seconds out of the rack :shock: vee that was the total time for two of us soon as he had the bar on the rack I picked it back up and repped again good times bloody sore tonight \:D/

oh I see it's like 45% of your max, it's not so bad then, kinda like a speed squat session. Carry on! :grin:

Trained with Tom aka "tomsammce" had a good light weight high intensity session I dont think he was used to the intensity I train but mean training and he is a strong guy walking the walk yeeyaa.....he has training knowledge far beyond his 24yrs of age and will do fucken well in the near future........right pretty much just made it up as we went but followed his preferred bicep/tricep alternating exercises, never counted reps

hey dont put your preaching shit in here skinny back to thomas terrorises black plates(ours only go to 5kg) :pfft:

One hour incline walk this morning 750calories burned heart rate sitting around 145-150.

Mean start to the day and had plenty of time to collude with the mate and plan the takeover, gym personnel sackings, promotions, edict, fat chicks, gym Slut, sporting issues and technique criticism blows an hour away pretty quick :pfft: :pfft:
