feet together bro I forgot to mention that and doing it that way is just much more comfortable and safe on the knees when close feet

Fair enough but I bet you cant do it as heavy that way

doing the feet together thing just trying to work the outta sweep as you know so we are kind of using the exercise as assistance work rather than as the main mass builder might be time for a heavy front squat session though bro you have a point there...

Started off with some flat bench triples and singles up to 155kg for 2 first paused so real happy strength staying same at lower BW......
