Nice work TT, mate. Lol @ those lunge weights comparitive to your general strength, I guess it shows how well your legs had been worked. Reading that made me excited for my quad day thursday, easily favourite workout ov the week at the moment.

Shucks.. You hear alot of people asking how to increase strength on an exercise, but rarely from someone asking how to increase resistance lol.

May be you've just outgrown it! Could try TBar rows, db rows or bent over bb rows?

Not alot of free weights here, not sayin' they're the be all and end all, just curious why?

Main focus today was on my deads bro Its time to get serious and ive been struggling with the 240kg  but today it was easy so im happy that repitition is triggering muscle and mind memory :-) session was all of 45minutes long so good intensity and just mainly using cables for the stretch and contraction of the muscles.also bro to answer your other question that 120kg is with a stolen pin and 20kg plate.

Yeah bro( sorry just realised your not a bro but a miss :-)) I use all of the above mentioned especiallyu db and bent over rows but for mine there is no substitute for a perfect form heavy ass seated row ....

try draping some chains over the stack bro or add a band to the handle and loop over part of the machine to give extra tension

oh bro now we are talking f*ck yeah now im excited bout next weeks back lol cheers bro!!

Make sure it's a pink band or use gold chains lol... Gay as! Just whack some DBS on top and pin some extra plates to the stack!! We took the front of our pulldowns so we could stick extra on, same for pushdowns.

lol smart guy the stack only fits one plate and the only db's thatll fit on top are 1kg soft ones im in need of at least another 40kg hmmm need a 5okg plate

Get a longer pin, that's how I do it on tricep pushdowns. Then add your 1k dbs lol there's 42 kilos right there!! Man I don't even do that exercise anymore, I love it but the machines at most gyms are shit house.
